Company's vineyards are spread on terraces on the slopes of Mount Amani around the small settlements of the NW Chios, in the plains of Volissos, but also on the plateau of the mountain Aepos above the city of Chios. The vines are growing under the sun and are cooled by the aura of the Aegean Sea.

The varieties cultivated are the exceptional whites Assyrtiko, Athiri and the local Bigleri, as well as the worldwide unique local red variety of Chiotiko Krassero. Also, the rare red varieties Agiannitis and Augoustiatis contribute to the production of red wines.

 THE VINEYARDS

VINEYARD PANAGIA : The first vineyard planted by the company, with the red varieties Chiotiko Krasero and Agiannitis and the white ones Assyrtiko and Athiri, on the slopes of Amani. The aura of the Aegean during summer months, the great sunshine and the high temperature balance between day and night, are the key elements for excellent results in the ripening and quality of the grapes.
